Congo Missionaries

Members of our partnership have traveled to the Congo to share the good news of Jesus Christ lovingly with our brothers and sisters.

​

We also have missionaries who live in the Congo for much of the year - Jeff and Christi Boyd.

​

When they are in the United States (which isn't often!), they love to visit congregations and provide testimonies on how they are helping those in the Congo.

Christi Boyd, our mission co-worker in DR Congo shared pictures of a recent Healing Hearts camp that was held in late December 2020 for 30 vulnerable children impacted by tribal violence in the region around the Ditekemena orphanage. Facilitators reported that they immediately saw a change in the children who participated. This camp was funded by our Ignite grant in 2020.
